During fertility treatment, a lot of appointments, medication and paperwork pile up in a short time. You can keep them in one place, exactly as they appear in your clinic's plan: on paper with the template below, or in an app such as Luna Plus, Luna's paid fertility treatment area.
This page helps you stay organized. It does not explain any treatment and is not a substitute for advice: what you take, when, and which appointments are coming up is decided by your clinic.

Copy the details exactly as they appear in the plan, and ask your clinic if anything is unclear. When your clinic changes something, update your entry right away. It helps to keep everything in one place: appointments in a calendar, medication on a note and questions in another app drift apart quickly.
Entries about fertility treatment are health data. For any app, check where they are stored and who can read them. What to look for is explained in our guide “Period tracker privacy”.

In Luna Plus, the names of your medications, your treatment periods and your reminder times are encrypted on the device (AES-256) before they sync to servers in the EU.
Luna Plus is paid: as a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, or as a 3-month or 12-month pass. The passes do not renew; they expire on their own. You see the price and duration in the app before you buy.

No. For many people the printed template above is enough. An app mainly helps with reminders at fixed times and when you need your entries on more than one device.
We store the names of your medications, your treatment periods and your reminder times in Luna Plus encrypted on servers in the EU. In standard mode your key is also backed up on the server so we can help you after a forgotten password; in Maximum Privacy mode only you can unlock it. More in our guide “Period tracker privacy”.
